OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY REPEALING SECTION 8.10.4D. BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IOWA CITY, IOWA. SECTION I. PURPOSE. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the Zoning Ordinance by repealing Section 8.10.4D. which established a building moratorium in the Northside Area to allow sufficient time to complete the Comprehensive Plan. SECTION II.AMENDMENT. The Zoning Ordinance is hereby amen e y e eting Section 8.10.4D. SECTION III. REPEALER.
