Chairman Ogesen explained that the Sign Review Committee recommendedshat , " the amortization schedule for removal of non-conforming signs be `changed _ from three years to eight years. Commissioner Madsen stated that he was a member of the Sign-Review,Committee and supported the change in the Sign.
