NOW, Therefore, I, Regenia D. Bailey, Mayor of Iowa City, Iowa do hereby proclaim the day of November 2nd, 2008, to be Change Your Clock, Change Your Battery Day in Iowa City and urge all residents to change their smoke alarm batteries and install new smoke alarms if they are ten years old or older.
