City of Iowa City MEMORANDUM DATE: March 18, 1976 TO: City Council FROM: City Manager W RE: Old Brick - Neighborhood Center Recently I talked with Mrs. 1Vbipple about the Old Brick Organization purchasing the Presbyterian Church. It appears that this proposal deserves consideration in conjunction with the various proposals that have been received from 4C's, Goodwill, and the Council on Aging. It might be Possible for a combination of these services to be undertaken in Old Brick as a neighborhood facility.
