Councilman Balmer voiced his pleasure over the progress,_ of, construction of Plaza Centre I, but; noted concerns for the'izrban renewal - contract stating that :he hoped that.Coun-° cil is ready to make the hard decisions necessary to go for- ward. Councilman Selzer requested that Mormon Trek be repair- ed before the first football game.
