Comment: The Department of Housing and Urban Development requires the'fair reuse value of redevelopment, sites to be updated with new: appraisal evidence whenever the appraisals on which the value is based are more than eighteen t - months old at time of execution of a contract for sale (two appraisals are required). The appraisals which are on record are now outdated The City has solicited proposals for appraisal services, evaluated such proposals received, and selected this firm as one of two to provide appraisal services.
