Comment: This is being done to provide a loading zone for University'service vehicles. At , the present time, University vehicles-are double parking on Jefferson Street. This-_double'parking in the vicinity oL, a pedestrian crossing has created ari unsafe sight distance-for.,the - .." point of conflict between vehicles and pedestrians: It is;fclt,that• the creation of,a loading zone will improve the safety of.this inter- section.
