Consider recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission: (1) To approve S-7637, Eastdale Mall, final plat,, submitted by I ; Eastdale Corporation, subject to the following contingencies: �! , (a) The utility companies signatures should be included, on the. plat, (b) The location of the utility easements illusttated should be. referenced to boundary lines and corners of the subdivision;; and (c) A dedication document granting perpetual easements for, � storm sewers and sanitary sewers within the subdivision should be -submitted.
