PROVISIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
(ORDINANCE No. 2238 ) BY ESTABLISHING
"PROVISIONS FOR FAMILY', CARE FACILITIES FOR
CERTAIN ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF IOWA CITY, IOWA.

SECTION 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this ordinance

of the people of Iowa City by establishing provis-
ions for the establishment of family care facilities '
in single family residential districts.

Code Ordinance No. 2238 ) are hereby amended by

for in Senate File 336, Acts of the 67th General
Assembly, 1978 Session, and subject to the
