RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF CLASS "C" BEER PERMIT APPLICATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY. COUNCIL OF IOWA CITY, IOWA,
that a Class "C" Beer Permit Application is hereby approved for _

SECTION 8. WAIVER.
A) In the event the Subdivider, its assigns or successors in interest,
should sell or convey lots, in said subdivision without .having had constructed
