recommendation from Dept.of Planning & Programming, to subsidize the
Ecumenical Housing Corporation for low-income housing. Motion carried
unanimously; 7/0, all Councilmembers present.

Mgrs. Assn.,dealing primarily with Financial Management.
First meeting,, Cincinnati, 10/16; cannot attend St. Louis
meeting; ,& final meeting is.Washington`D.C.;;with City
paying expenses. There were no objections to.Neuhauser s
serving on the Committee.
J. Truck Embargo -As the City Mgr..had to leave the meeting,
:helnoted,that.he would like to see the City<do,something,
about the, problem on Kirkwood, but not an embargo.

Ferret to adjourn to executive session to ''discuss possible
property sites for public fhousing . Affirmative roll call
vote unanimous, 7/0; all 'Councilmembers present. Also
present were'Housing commissioners. Smithey, Graham $ Ivie;
Staff; Schmeiser,`Seydel;=Kucharzak, Sheets. Moved by Perret,
