While the ordinance organizationally includes this Commission in the Parks and Recreation Department, the attached Job description indicates that the Senior Center Coordinator will serve under the %I administrative direction of the City Manager. While ultimately it ' is expected that this will he the function of the Parks and Recrea- tion Department, it probably is appropriate, in these early organi- zational stages, for the City Manager to be more directly involved - in program development.
