Consider a recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission to approve the final plat of Village Green, Part 10. S-7913. This recommendation is consistent with the staff recommendation presented in the staff report dated May 3, 1979, which is attached to this agenda. A resolution for consideration of the item will be presented at the next meeting pending resolution of the contingencies noted above. i Action: L b. S-7904. i, Comment: The Planning and Zoning Commission, at a regular meeting held April 19, 1979, recommended by a unanimous vote (4-0) approval of the subject development plan located on Qulncent Street extended with the following contingencies: i (1) the sanitary sewer located between lot 6 and 7 should be relocated to follow Qulncent Street, t and (2) note number five should be revised to Indicate that stormwater detention will be provided off- site and said facility will meet all of the requirements of the City's Stormwater Management Ordinance. This recommendation is consistent with the staff recommendation presented In a staff report dated April 19, 1979, which was attached to the Council agenda of May 1, 1979. The contingencies listed above have been resolved and this item is ready for i Council consideration. C U Comment: This resolution will authorize a public auction of approximately 175 bicycles which have not been claimed by owners and attempts to locate owners have been unsuccessful. This auction will be held on June 17 at 1:00 p.m. In the Chauncey Swan parking lot. Action: Item No. 10 - CONSIDER RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ANNUAL �OU CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT. Comment: Action: This resolution authorizes an Annual Contributions Contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Development Said contract provides for rental assistance payments for 384 units with a maximum amount for all program expenditures not to exceed $837,768.00 per year. The Contract will be effective July 1, 1979, has a duration of 5 years and replaces master Section 8 ACC Number 9033 dated July 1, 1978.
