Maximum Residential Occupancy
^ In the CB-10, CB-5, CB-2, and CC-2 Zones, reduce the
number of unrelated persons allowed to reside in a
dwelling unit from 5 to 3.
^ Grandfather existing 4- & 5-bedroom dwelling units.
^ Apply current maximum occupancy of up to 5 unrelated
persons to any development for which a valid permit or
license was issued to establish or construct a residential
use, if substantial part of the permitted or licensed use or
development activity has begun on or prior to November
3, 2008
Parking Requirement
^ Same as CB-5 Zone standard
^ One space per efficiency, 1-bedroom, or
2-bedroom apartment
^ 2 spaces per 3 bedroom apartment
^ Allowance for historic buildings
^ Allowance for parking permits in city
