Comment: The Planning and Zoning Commission on October 11, 1973, recommended by
a 5-0 vote that certain parcelsidentified in the R -14 -Urban Renewal
,i plan be rezoned to a CBS Zone. A CBS Zone will enable development of
a high-rise building as provided in the proposed ordinance amending the
Zoning Code,below. Public hearing was held December 10, 1974.

Item. No. 17. - CONSIDER RESOLUTION ACCEPTJiNG THE WO K yiv THE BURLINGTON STREET IMPROVE-
- MENT PROJECT.
Comment: This resolution accepts the work 'done by Metro Pavers, Inc. of Iowa City,
Iowa, for the construction of the improvements on Burlington, Linn, -
v- -- Dubuque and Clinton Streets. The final contract 'amount on this project
is $463,459.62 and the contractor has completed all of the work in sub-
stantial accordance with the plans and speci ications.
