The Planning and Zoning Commission on November 14,.1974,_considered

Comment:
The Planning and Zoning Commission on November 26, 1974, reco=ended -
by a 5-0 vote approval of a proposed ordinance to amend the require-
ments for the height of fences and shrubs at street intersections.
The Commission noted that a related ordinance concerning trees and
shrubs, Section 3.38.8A of the Municipal Code, should be revised to

The Planning and Zoning Commission on November 26, 1974, recommended by
a 4-0 vote and one abstension Vacation of the alley in the block bounded
by Clinton, Market, Capitoland-Bloomington-Streets subject to either
