Comment: The purpose of this Ordinance is to bring the Municipal Code - of the City of Iowa City into compliance with recent court decisions in regard to indecent exposure Public Hearing was held on March 4, 1975. Norman Bailey, contract purchaser of the subject lot loca- ted east of Westgate Street on Calvin Court, proposes to construct a 47 -unit townhouse complex in lieu of a 47 -unit garden apartment complex as initially proposed in the approved PAD and LSRD,plans as recommended be approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission on February 13, 1975 by a 7 to 0 vote._ In conjunction with and previous to the consideration of approval of the final PAD, it is essential that Council take action on the 11 th 1'iminar and final LSRD.
