conform with the requirements of the City Ordinances of
the City of Iowa City, Iowa, with respect to the establishment
of land subdivisions, and with the requirements of Chapter
409 of the 1973 Code of Iowa, as amended, and all other
statutory requirements;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IOWA CITY, IOWA:
1. That said plat and subdivision of 0ak Woods
Addition Part Seven, an Addition to the City of Iowa City,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved by the City Council
of Iowa City, Iowa, and the dedication of the streets, sidewalks
and walkway set out therein is hereby accepted as by law

In connection with Contract A, dated October 2, 1974, for Demolition and Site Clear-
ance, City -University Project, Iowa R-14, Iowa City, the following change is ordered
in accordance with Section 107 of the General Conditions.

• RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING ON PART OF
THE NORTH SIDE OF PAGE STREET FROM DODGE
STREET TO WEBSTER STREETINIOWA CITY IOWA
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution adopted on September 4,
1962, prohibited parking on the North side of Page Street from Dodge
Street to Van Buren Street; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the public interestanof the -
that traffic conditions allow the restoration of parking on part
North side of Page Street, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied Page Street and deems it in
the public interest and that traffic conditions require that establish-
ment of parking be instituted on said Page Street, from Dodge Street to
Webster Street only,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF _IOWA CITY,
IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
1) That Section 87 of the Resolution adopted on September 4,-1962,
prohibiting parking on the North side of Page Street is hereby amended
to allow parking on a portion of the North side of Page. Street in Iowa
