and advised that the meeting and workshops were- extremely
beneficial, pointing out that they were made'aware.that 'a
City.is either urban or`rural,_there<is no sensitivity to

knowhow for Council which will eventually benefit the City.
These statements were seconded by Councilwoman Neuhauser. In
answer to her question concerning scheduling of a:discusion
with -the City Manager concerning the`,City's obligation regarding
the(Area Transportation Study, the City Manager advised that

he found that the Secretary of Labor's assurance ,was more

Labor's letter of assurance and noted that it points up the
important aspect that the 13c Agreement must be backed up
by strong _lease agreements. He reported that the Coralville
City -Council will finalize their lease -agreement after the
relationship with the University is clarified. After dis-
cussion, it was moved by Brandt and seconded by Neuhauser
that the City Manager and Staffanalyze the 'letter from the
