The analysis Of that ,survey is now complete and we are Pleased to report that Iowa City has progressed from the current Class 5 to the very favorable grading of Class 4. This class change will become effective June 25, 1975.=- This improved classification is due primarily to the accomplishment of rany of our recommendations which were presented to the city :after our last survey conducted in: -1970.
