CONSIDER RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK ON THE MERCER PARK TENNIS CENTER.
Comment:
This resolution accepts work done by L. L. Pelling', Inc. of Iowa City
for construction of tennis courts in Mercer `Park. -`The final contract
amount of this project -is -$72,977.08 and the contractor -has completed
all work-in accordance with -the plans and specifications. Public `
Works recommends adoption of. this resolution.
