The Iowa City -City Council: met in Regular Session on the
2nd day -of -September, 1975 at 7-30 P.M in,the Council Chambers
at the Civic Center. Present: Brandt, Czarnecki, Davidsen,
deProsse and t'euhauser. Absent: None. may Czarnecki-
presding.
It was moved by deProsse and seconded by Davidsen that
