A4t the Civic :Center. --Present:: Brandt, Czarnecki, Davidsen, deProsse, Neuhauser. Absent: -none. Mayor'Czarnecki presiding. It was moved by deProsse and seconded by Davidsen to con Sider` the amount lead thus far to be a full reading and to approve the minutes of the Official Actions of the Council meeting of October 21, 1975,'subject .to,correction. Motion carried, unanimously._ Mayor_ Czarnecki proclaimed the week of November 10-16 as Youth Appreciation Week. / It was moved by Brandt and, seconded by Davidsen that the _minutes of the meetings of 10/23/75; Library Board of Trustees "10/16/75; an Rela tions "Commission;''10/20/75 be received and filed. Mayor Czarnecki called attention to the comment in the Human -Relations minutes regarding.
