NOVEMBER 4.8 1975

The Iowa City City Council met in Regular Session on the
th day of November, 1975, at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers j.
A4t the Civic :Center. --Present:: Brandt, Czarnecki, Davidsen,
deProsse, Neuhauser. Absent: -none. Mayor'Czarnecki presiding.
It was moved by deProsse and seconded by Davidsen to con
Sider` the amount lead thus far to be a full reading and to
approve the minutes of the Official Actions of the Council meeting
of October 21, 1975,'subject .to,correction. Motion carried,
unanimously._
Mayor_ Czarnecki proclaimed the week of November 10-16 as
Youth Appreciation Week. /
It was moved by Brandt and, seconded by Davidsen that the

It was noted that the recommendations by the'Plannincr and

informal meeting soon.
City Attorney Hayek informed Council he would not be pre-
sent -next Tuesday and that Assistant.City Attorney Tony Kushnir
would be present.
Mayor Czarnecki called attention to the comment in the
Human -Relations minutes regarding. City employee complaints being
referred to - State Civil Rights Commission._ City,'Attorney Hayek
stated that this was what he had advised the Commission.
