The zoning action has:been mandated to be �rt� accomplished by the City no later -than November 4, 1975; by a district' court decision of July 30, 1975., - Action: I .. br Item No. 7 - RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE CITY COUNCIL. a. Consider recommendations by the Parks and Recreation Commission that the $20,000 Oak Grove Development fund: be held over for use in other city parks. Comment: On August 20, the Parks and Recreation Commission voted to recommend the expenditure of -$14,750 -from Oak Grove ParkDevelopment carryover funds to complete a 4" asphalt -overlay of the old portion of lower city park road.
