HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-09-25 Bd Comm minutes_ MINUTES - JOINT IOWA CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND JOILNSON COUNTYZONING COMMISSION MEE'1ING SEPTUIBER 17, 1975 -- 7:00 P.M.-, COUNTY SUPERVISOR'SMEETING ROOM MEMBERS PRESENT: Tom William, 'Jack Ncuii.l, Harry Sealman, Shirley Sixt, Cain, Jane Tony Serbousek, Robert Ogesen, Patricia Jakobsen, Richard Blum, N.'- William 'Hines, .Jr. MEMBERS ABSENT: Donald Madsen", Louise Larew i STAFF PRESENT: PatWhite(County Attorney's Office) and Richard Wollmershauscr (City Planning Staff) SUMMARY OF DISCUSSION: - A joint meeting between the Iowa City _Planning and Zoning Commission and by the Johnson County Zoning - the Johnson County Zoning Commission was called The following represent Commission to discuss items of mutual concern: briefly those items discussed. 1. The two organizations should exchange agendas with the possibility of Zoning; Iowa City `sending its staff reports to the Johnson County Commission. 2. The Iowa City Planning and Zoning Commission should refer some requests be some impact to the Johnson County Zoning Commission where there might upon county areas. - S. The City and County should' cooperate on a;Mobile Home Park Ordinance. Park Ordinance draft to The City will send a copy.of the Mobile -Home 'Zoning Commission for their review.
