RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
- '
WHEREAS, the City of Iowa _City, Iowa, has negotiated a contract with
Ottumwa Transit Lines, Inc. a copy of said contract being attached
to this Resolution and by; this reference made a part hereof, and
'WHEREAS, the City Council deems it -in the public interest to enter
into said contract. for leasing,2 buses 10/2/75 to 6/330/76.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to`_execute "the Agreement with Ottumwa Transit Lines, Inc.
2. That the City Clerk shall furnish copies of said Agreement to any
citizen requesting some. -
