data processing, contract,ttie City Manager advised that a
newcontract was'not;necessary, as weF;are extending the
existing agreementon''a monthlywbasis.hrThb Mayor noted
thatihe had; received ;information concerning'procedure for
disposition: of the old post office
The City Manager commented on the information distributed
concerning 4the =use of =r;omex' for wir'Finq and the denial by the
•Electrical =Board -for its' u -se, noting, that it"would'be a formal
agenda:; item =nextz week. _
The City Manager reminded the Council of his request and
noted that in the process;orrrcarrying out the :commitment.of
the Council -to ascertainrwhether or not there was sufficient
interest among the'4emp1oyees .o:organize, he had requested =
services of"an{attorney; and he,now�-was requesting author

izatinn to _retal.n Jay-Honohan ffor' the 'negotiating: process and
