Amend its Zoning Code, Chapter 8.10 Municipal Code of Iowa City.
This amendment will create a new zone,CBS-Central Business Service,
in the downtown area. Said zone is to insure compatible uses with
the R-14, Urban Renewal Plan.
Notice is further given that pursuant to Section 414.4 of the 19 73
