(V-;7309)- (THIRD READING) Comment: The Planning and Zoning Commission on;December 13, 1973 recommended vacation of a portion of Lower West Branch Road from its intersection with Rochester Avenue east- ward to a line extended north from the western boundary line of Oakwoods Addition, -Part 6.
