Comment:
As a result of a:citizen-inquiry the Engineering_ Division of
the Department of Public,Works conducted a study of the sight

distance problem:.caused by.parkingon the parking on the east

side,--of'Dodge-Street 3ust;`north'of North Summit Street. In order
to gain; adequate sight distance=for traffic approaching from the
north.' vehicle entering'Dodge Street from North Summit must
pull out into the oncoming lane of traffic approaching from the
south on Dodge Street.. An 'investigation by the City. Clerk has
revealed no{permit for parking on the parking, however, signs
are erected ..whichwould permit'such. Removal of this parking
on the parking would ailow.adequate sight distance for vehicles
emerging fromsNorth Summit -Street.
