Public Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held
by the City Council on May 14, , 1974 , at u:30 P M.
T, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, on a proposed Resolution
of Necessity for.the construction of
Mercer Park Tennis Center Project
within the City of Iowa City, Iowa.
At said time and place, last above mentioned, any interested persons
may appear and file objections thereto. Dated this 24th day of April ,

PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND FORM OF CONTRACT FOR
MERCER PARK TENNIS CENTER
IN,THE CITY OF IOWA CITY, IOWA
TO ALL TAXPAYERS OF THE CITY OF IOWA CITY, IOWA, AND TO OTHER
PERSONS INTERESTED:
Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the
City of Iowa City, Iowa, will conduct a public hearing on plans,
specifications and form of contract for the construction of
MERCER PARK TENNIS CENTER
in said City at 7:30 o'clock p.m. , on the 14th day o:
May , 19 74, said meeting to be held in the
Council Chambers in the Civic Center in said City.
Said plans, specifications and form of contract are now on
file in the office of the Clerk in the Civic Center in Iowa City,
Iowa, and may be inspected by any persons interested.
Any persons interested may appear at said meeting of the
City Council for the purpose of making objections to said pians,
specifications orcontractor the cost of making said improvement.
This notice given by order of the City Council of the City
of Iowa City, Iowa.
