Comment: An Equipment Maintenance Facility has been scheduled for construc- tion under the :five-year Capital Improvements Program. A consult- ant selection team consisting`of the City Manager, Director of Community Development, 'Acting Director of Public Works, and Assist- ant to -the City Engineer interviewed five consultants for the above work. During the regular Council meeting of April 9, 1974, the City Council.authorized the. -'City Manager.to negotiate an agreement with Hansen Lind Meyer for this project as Item No. 23. This resolution would approve the Mayor's signature on this Agreement.
