PERSONS INTERESTED:
Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the
City of Iowa City, Iowa, will conduct a,public hearing on plans,
specifications and form of contract for.the construction of
1974 Sidewalk Assessment Program
in said City at 7:30 'o' clock PM on the 19th day of
November , 1974 , said meeting to be held in the
Council Chambers in the Civic Center in said City.
Said plans, specifications and form of contract are now on
file in the office of the Clerk in the Civic Center in Iowa City,
Iowa, and may be inspected by any persons interested.
Any persons interested may appear at said meeting of the
City Council for the purpose of making objections to said plans,
specifications or contract or the cost of making said improvement.
This notice given by order of the City Council of the City
of Iowa City, Iowa.

Notice is hereby given that the.City Council of the City
of Iowa City, Iowa, at a`regular meeting to be held in the Council
Chambers of the Civic Center in Iowa Cit Iowa on the 19th day

of November, A.D., 1974, at 7:30 o'clock, P.M., will hold a public
hearing to determine whether or not to approve a lease between
Union Bus Depot of Iowa City, Inc. and.
the City of Iowa City, covering the city owned property located
at the N.B. corner of Gilbert and College Streets, at a rental
of $325.00 per month. The proposed lease shall provide for a two
year rental with two consecutive two year options.
Interested parties may appear at said time at said place
to speak for or against said proposed lease.
