You and each of you are hereby notified that pursuant to
the authority vested in the Mayor of the City of Iowa City,
Iowa, or under State Law and the Ordinances of the City of
Iowa City, Iowa as Councilmembers we hereby call a special
meeting on Friday, December 6, 1974 at 1:00 P.M., to be
held in the Conference Room of the Civic Center of Iowa
City, Iowa.
The meeting is called for the purpose of a joint executive
session with the Iowa City Public Library Board for
discussion of AFSCME collective bargaining.
