The Iowa City Council met in adjourned session on the
27th!'day of June, 1973 at 12:00 o'clock noon in the Confer-
ence'Room at the Civic Center, after adjourning from 'execu-
tive'session.
Members present: Brandt, Connell, Czarnecki, White.
Absent: ,Hickerson. Mayor Brandt presiding.
