The right-of-way for Benton Street extended westward from Mormon Trek Boulevard should be 66 feet. 2. Full curbs on public streets in the development, amended to allow rolled curbs on two cul-de-sacs inside the Planned Area Development, where it would be in line with current existing policies. 3. Portland Concrete cement used on sidewalks in public ROWls. A waiver be granted which would permit an interior sidewalknetwork in place of the normal sidewalk location along both 'sides of all public streets. A waiver be granted so that asphaltic, concrete could be used ,on'the interior sidewalks and Portland cement on the public ROW's. Developer to submit a standard sidewalk agreement,', agreeing to future assessment and including appropriate waivers as provided in the City Code for the sidewalks along Mormom Trek Blvd. and Rohret Road.
