Senior Center Building Americans with Disabilities ACT (ADA) Lc) -- I 5c, Assessment and Master Plan Resolution approving, authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest an Agreement by and between the City of Iowa City and Rohrbach Associates, PC, of Iowa City, Iowa, to provide consultant services for the Senior Center Building Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Assessment and Master Plan Project. Comment This agenda item authorizes an agreement to provide consultant services for the Senior Center Building Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Assessment and Master Plan Project The total cost of the services is $66,500 and will be funded by the Annual Senior Center Facility Improvements Account #K 1001. 6.b. Benton Street Rehabilitation 20 - t 4 o Resolution authorizing the acquisition of property interests necessary for construction of the Benton Street Rehabilitation Project. Comment The City of Iowa City must acquire right -of way, fee title, permanent easements and or temporary construction easements to construct the Benton Street Rehabilitation Project The project includes a crack and seat of the ebsting pavement wM a hot mix asphalt (HMA) overlay, ADA sidewalk improvements, and traffic and pedestrian signal modifications along the project corridor, as well as water main improvements from George Street to Greenwood Drive. 6.c. First Avenue and Scott Boulevard Intersection Improvements 2-0-14t— Resolution authorizing the acquisition of property interests necessary for construction of the First Avenue and Scott Boulevard Intersection Improvements Project.
