CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN
AGREEMENT FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT BY AND
BETWEEN THE CITY OF IOWA CITY AND ALPLA OF IOWA, INC.
Comment: This agreement outlines the details regarding the prevision
of TIF assistance for the Alpla of Iowa, Inc. project within the Heinz
Road Urban Renewal Area. Alpla is proposing to invest approximately
$3.1 million on an expansion of their manufacturing facilities by 86,000
square feet.
Action:
CONSIDER A MOTION TO ADJOURN THE SPECIAL MEETING.
