Grant-Terrell Mill Skate Park 21 - Z-ZZ Resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant application for Terrell Mill Skate Park and to sign a grant agreement if awarded. Comment:The Iowa Dept.of Natural Resources administers Land and Water Conservation Fund grants for development for outdoor recreation,and the application requires Council approval. City staff would like to apply for a $600,000 grant to renovate Terrell Mill Skate Park induding the addition of a bicyde pump track adjacent to the park.The proposal is attached is the resolution and requires a 100% match. 5.b. Landfill Gas Collection System Expansion Construction 2r' - ZZ?' Resolution approving, authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest an Agreement by and betwccn the City of Iowa City and HDR Engineering, Inc. to provide engineering consultant services for the Landfill Gas Collection System Expansion Construction Project. Comment:This item will approve an agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc.to provide preliminary design,final design,preparation of bidding documents,bidding assistance, and construction services for the Landfill Gas Collection System Expansion Construction Project The project will provide an expansion of the landfill gas collection system at the Iowa City Landfill and Recyding Center,which will increase the system's reliability and improve environmental regulatory compliance.The negotiated fee is not to exceed $100,500 and will be funded by the Landfill Gas Ir drastructure Expansion,Account #ttr.3343. 5.c.
