Background / Analysis: T his action is being taken to prohibit on-street parking (at all times) along the north side of Heinz Road to improve visibility, access, and for consistency with the existing parking prohibition along the outside of Heinz Road f rom Hwy 6 East to South Scott Boulevard. Meeting during the work day and also in-person during COVID both interfere with my attendance. This being the case, I will resign my membership on the Public Art Advisory Committee as I cannot reliably attend. I am glad Dawson Davenport is pursuing his dream to invigorate the Native American aspect of the Blackhawk ped -mall project development. My mission in joining the PAAC was to encourage the creation of a simple, engaging and functioning Artist Registry for the artists of Johnson County. The result remains to be resolved.
