Comment:The City of Iowa City must acquire right-of-way,fee title, permanent easements and/or temporary construction easements to construct the Gilbert Street Bridge Reconstruction Project.The project generally includes the removal and replacement of the Gilbert Street bridge over Ralston Creek,improved streambank stabilization and other related improvements. 6.d. FY2023 Budget Public Hearing Resolution setting a public hearing on March 22, 2022 to discuss the proposed Fiscal Year 2023 Operating Budget, the proposed throe year Financial Plan for Fiscal Year 2022 -Fiscal Year 2024, and the five-year Capital Improvement Plan 2022 - 2026. Comment This resolution sets a public hearing on March 22,2022 to discuss the FY2023 proposed operating Budget,the thrcc year Financial Plan for FY2022- FY2024 and multi-year Capital Improvement Plan(CIP)2022-2026.Detailed information on the budget will be available for public inspection on March 1,2027. 7.b. Comment:The project generally indudes:concrete crack repairs, corrosion inhibitor placement,electrical and mechanical equipment scanning, epoxy filler with membrane placement, horizontal spall repairs,joint sealant with membrane placement, penetrating sealer placement, post tension repairs,steel beam replacement,and other miscellaneous rehabilitation on the Capitol Street, Chauncey Swan. Enforcement of Bike Lane Parking Violations Ordinance amending Title 9, entitled "Motor Vehides and Traffic," Chapter 4, entitled "Parking Regulations," Section 1, entitled "Parking Sem Prohibited in Specific Places," to prohibit parking in bike lanes; Chapter 9, entitled "Towing and Impoundment Procedures," Section 2, entitled "Towing and Impoundment of Certain Illegally Parked Vehicles,"to allow towing of vehicles parked in bike lanes; and Chapter 3, entitled "Rules of the Road," Section 11 entitled "Prohibited Acts and Conditions"to delete the reference to parking in bike lanes. S6'- Comment: The current ICHA policy allows Housing Choice Voucher(HCV)participants to be absent from their assisted unit for up to 30 days without authorization. Longer absences are approved for situations beyond the family's control such as prolonged hospitalization. The Center for Worker Justice requested the policy be revised to allow participants to be absent from their assisted unit for up to 60 days for voluntary travel without ICHA authorization.
