FY2022-2026 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) Public Works Director Knoche gave opening remarks and an overview of how Capital Improvement presentation would be presented starting on pg. 513, noted on-going projects, and facilitated a GIS -based presentation (archived with the City Clerk). Interim Finance Director Davies gave an overview of the CIP schedule, spending by division, funding sources and yearly expenditures.
