Harvat Hall in City Hall, 410 E. Washington Street in said city, or if said meeting is cancelled, at the next meeting of the City Council thereafter as posted by the City Clerk. This project includes a crack and seat of the existing pavement with a Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay, painting of on -street bike lanes, ADA sidewalk improvements, and traffic and pedestrian signal improvements at the Benton and Sunset intersection. This project also includes water main and storm sewer improvements and is located in the City of Iowa City from Greenwood Drive to Mormon Trek Boulevard. Said Plans and estimated cost are now on file in the office of the City Clerk in the City Hall in Iowa City, Iowa, and may be inspected by any interested persons. There is no overland flow route along the street, so water tends to pond in the street and can overflow into the property of 15 Westminster. Some of the excess water may also flood into Washington Street and contribute to issues there. Washington Street between Westminster St. and Shrader Rd. 1 -year Pipes are undersized and structures along Washington are flooded or surcharging. The low spot in the street ponds water and causes issues for vehicles. Westminster Street between Hastings Ave. and Washington St. 1 -year Intakes are undersized or spaced too far apart south of Hastings Avenue. There is excessive gutter flow within Westminster Street south of Hastings. Washington Street between Westminster St. and Creighton St. 1 -year Intakes are undersized or spaced too far apart for this stretch and pipes are undersized.
