with a Planned Development Overlay (OPD/RM-12). (REZ22-0001).
A public hearing was held. Development Services Coordinator Sitzman presented
a power point. The following individuals appeared: Jason Walton - Navigate

1) (REZ22-0010).

negative economic impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mayor Teague provided a recap of the discussion from the August 16th work session
regarding conversations with the Johnson County Board of Supervisors and options
