Pursuant to Section 9-1-3A (10); Install (1) "No Parking Anytime" sign on the south side of 3rd Street. Background /Analysis: This action is being taken to allow for safe ingress and egress at the intersection of Gilbert Street and 3rd Street. There is insufficient pavement width for cars to easily enter and exit 3rd Street when cars are parked, causing cars to queue on Gilbert Street near a busy intersection. 1 ��� COUNCIL ACTION REPORT Item Number: 7.c. The on -street metered parking rate will remain the same at $1.50 per hour. Background /Analysis: This action is being taken at the request of the Transportation Services Department. The on -street metered parking term will be extended to accommodate patrons visiting adjacent businesses.
