When officers made contact with the female and the suspect the suspect pulled a gun from his pocket,pulled the female towards him,and pressed the gun to the back of her head. The suspect then fled into the Court Street Ramp,taking the female with him. The suspect was wearing a blue sweatshirt and the female was wearing a blue coat. At around this time,the victim was stopped on the 2nd floor of the parking ramp in her black 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. The victim observed a black male wearing a blue sweatshirt and a black female running up the ramp towards her vehicle. The victim attempted to lock her doors before they reached her vehicle. The suspect,the black male in the blue sweatshirt,opened her drivers door and told her to get out ofthe vehicle. The victim refused to exit her vehicle. The suspect then grabbed the victim's collar and tried to pull her out of her vehicle. The victim continued to refuse. The suspect then told the victim he had a gun and told her to get of her vehicle. The victim again refused. The suspect pointed a small handgun at the victim's face and told her to get of the vehicle. The victim refused and was able to get her car door shut and locked.The suspect also told the victim that the needed her car. An officer,who was pursuing the suspect,could hear the suspect yelling and observed the suspect trying to force the victim out of her car. Surveillance video from the Court Street Ramp shows the suspect with a gun. The suspect later shot himself with a gun. Officers recovered a small black handgun from where the suspect shot himself.
