Consider a resolution setting a public hearing on the plans, specifications, and form of contract for the Construct Airside Ground Mount Solar Array project. b. Consider a resolution setting a public hearing for a 5-year agreement with the National Museum of the United States Air Force for the display of the F-86 Jet. 3. Riverside Dr. Iowa City, IA 52246 (319) 356-5045 Resolution number Resolution setting a public hearing on March 14, 2024 for the intent to enter into an agreement with the National Museum of the United States Air Force for the display of the F-86 Jet located at the entrance drive, and directing City Clerk to publish notice of said hearing. Be it resolved by the Airport Commission of the City of Iowa City: 1. That a public hearing on the agreement with the National Museum of the United States Air Force is to be held on the 14th day of March, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Iowa City Airport Terminal Building, 1801 S. Riverside Drive, Iowa City, Iowa, or if said meeting is cancelled, at the next meeting of the Airport Commission thereafter as posted by the City Clerk. 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of the public hearing for the above -named project in a newspaper published at least once weekly and having a general circulation in the City, not less that four (4) nor more than twenty (20) days before said hearing. 3. That the copy of the agreement is hereby ordered placed on file by the Chairperson in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
