Narrative of Offense committed
On or about the above stated date and time. the Defendant did
commit robbery in the second degree against with the intent to commit a theft, commit one or more of the following acts to assist, or
further the commission of the intended theft or the person's escape from the scene thereof with or without the stolen property: I
Commit an assault upon another. 2, Threaten another with or purposely put another in fear of immediate serious injury. 3.
Threaten to commit immediately any forcible felony

1, the undersigned beinq duly sworn state that all facts c0inarried in this Complaint and Affidavit Known by me. or told to me by other reliable person, for the ba%,e, for my
belief that the ilptendarn wintnifted this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime
On the above date and time the defendant initiates assaultive physical contact with the victim The defendant and 8 juvenile co-defenciants proceed to kooci,
the victim to the ground where they all punch and kick firm in the body and head dozens of times
The group beating eventually results in the victim losing consciousness, at which point a juvenile co-defendant steals the victim's Air Jordan's off his feet 'Abile
the victim laid on the ground unconscious and defenseless, the def kicks him in the head 3 more times
The victim was taken to the hospital where he was admitted into the Intensive Care Unit in critical conditions due to head Injuries 1he victim Sustained nuftpni
fractures to bones around his nose and right eye The victims right eye is so severely damaged he will never regain normal eyesight in it
Nearly this entire incident was captured on Surveillance Video
