On the above date and time the defendant initiates assaultive physical contact with the victim The defendant and 8 juvenile co-defendants proceed to knock
the victim to the ground where they all punch and kick him in the body and head dozens of times
The group beating eventually results in the victim losing consciousness at which point a juvenile co-defendant steals the vichm's Air Jordan's off his feet 'Mile
the victim laid on the ground unconscious and defenseless the def kicks him in the head 3 more times
The victim was taken to the hospital where he was admitted into the Intensive Care Unit in critical conditions due to head injuries The vicbrn sustained multiple
fractures to bones around his nose and Fight eye The victim's right eye is so severely damaged he will never regain normal eyesight in it
