Harvat Hall in the City Hall,410 East Washington Street in said city, or if said meeting is cancelled, at the next meeting of the City Council thereafter as posted by the City Clerk. This project includes asphalt resurfacing on Park Road between Rocky Shore Drive and Riverside Drive, asphalt resurfacing on East Benton Street between Gilbert Street and Van Buren Street, and chip sealing on Taft Avenue. Said Project Manual and estimated cost are now on file in the office of the City Clerk in the City Hall in Iowa City, Iowa, and may be inspected by any interested persons. Any interested persons may appear at said meeting of the City Council for the purpose of making objections to and comments concerning said Project Manual or the cost of making said improvement. This project includes construction of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) and associated site elements supporting use and construction of the new building. The building program consists of the build out of an internal wash bay, vehicle bays and an office area with support functions providing a break room, restroom and shower facilities, and building utility accessory spaces. In addition to the main PEMB, a bulk water storage facility will be constructed in proximity to the PEMB constructed of masonry and a metal roof. Said Project Manual and estimated cost are now on file in the office of the City Clerk in the City Hall in Iowa City, Iowa, and may be inspected by any interested persons.
